Sheet Metal Shearing & Cutting

Sheet metal shearing & cutting is carried out using our turret press or on our Baykal guillotine. The guillotine has the advantage of cutting a clean straight line very quickly and efficiently, reducing cost as a result.

Customers can use this service stand-alone, or as part of our sheet metal manufacturing service.  The Baykal guillotine is capable of cutting up to 3m lengths and mild steel thickness up to 6mm, stainless steel up to 4mm.

Cutting of this type is used frequently for items such as splash-backs and protection plates which are adhered to surfaces. Edges can be deburred after cutting if required. We can also cut stock material sheets to your required size and then punch in additional holes or features to suit your requirements.
