Sheet Metal Rolling

With both manual and automatic sheet metal rolling facilities, we roll material thickness up to approximately 1.5mm. However, using press brakes a faceted curve can be created in much thicker materials. Our automatic Luna pyramid roller works using three self adjusting rollers and, as a result, we can form complex curves that come into their own within the lighting industry. This machine is perfect for working on lighting grade reflective aluminium up to 0.7mm thick. The images below show a range of lighting louvres and reflectors to give you an idea of the type of shapes available. Lengths of up to 1500mm can be rolled with ease.
