General pressings, presswork and stampings manufacture, with metal pressings produced up to a thickness of 6mm.

Press tools are made in house. Manufactured, are blanking and forming presswork tools to complete progression tooling. Pressed components are made from mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium in all grades and thicknesses, from 0.3mm aluminium up to 6mm mild steel.

In the heavy presswork section, the company operates power presses up to 150 tonnes. See the company's plant list for more information on our machinery. The above metal pressings have been galvanised after manufacture. Some of the pressed out components in the photo, are 6mm thick. |

Above, Metal pressings can also produced at A and R with the customers own press tooling. This one is run on the companies 150 tonnes power press.

These louvered metal panels are produced with custom made tooling at the company. The heavy duty drive over floor panels are use in agriculture, for cooling various cereal crops. They are positioned in concrete trenches where air is blown through. The air is passes through the trench and up through the louvered panel, where it cools the grain stored above. The panels are suitable, for storage of oil seed rape, coffee, and all grain cereal crops.. |
