Whilst we produce our products from raw steels, stainless or aluminium, there is more to the story. Very often the parts require further processing in the form of their protection and visual appearance.
The industry standard finishing process for most common applications is powder coating. Powder coating is an extremely tough and durable finish that is electrostatically applied. The powder is then baked on to achieve an industrial finish. Many colours are available from the RAL range. These can be purchased in different textures and gloss levels.
In addition to this we can offer wet painting, anodising, plating and manual or electro-polishing and galvanising. In fact, if you have a finish requirement we will do our best to meet your needs.
Furthermore, we can also offer screen printing services. Screen printing is very useful for applications such as signage, AV systems, control panels and similar products. Because screen print can remove the requirement for labels it gives a very professional looking finish.
All finishing work is sub-contracted to our carefully selected and trusted specialists and quality checked by our team or trusted partners prior to packing and dispatch.
