Equipment

On this page we have listed some of our equipment. This is the machinery and tooling we use on a day to day basis. We hope these pages will show much of our manufacturing capability. This list is not exhaustive but we have tried to show some key equipment in our machinery package. Additionally, we have added the links to our relevant service page to show you what each process actually is.

We have included the most noteworthy machinery and processes but we have a number of smaller or indirect systems in use that assist with production every day.

Our machinery is regularly updated and replaced to ensure that we are able to offer the best of both modern technology and accuracy. We also have some older traditional machines and presses that “old school” manufacturing.

Technology is especially relevant in our Solidworks design software.  Efficient design is very important, as such we make full use of CAD/CAM software wherever we are able to. Therefore, we look at every project we undertake to see if we can improve efficiency and reduce cost by purchasing new tooling or even machinery. Our team would be pleased to discuss  your project requirements with you, either for new or existing designs.
