A new inland airport is due to open in Antequera in 2008 which will further improve accessibility and also have a positive impact on Andalucia property values in the area. Cheap property Spain maybe a thing of the past when the airport is completed, for this region anyway.

Details of our 3 bedroom split level town house property in Estepa Andalucia.

This interesting Spanish town house property comprises 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, indoor patio, and an Andalucian patio. The property is spacious and is light and airy.

This property has been newly renovated and offers incredible value for money. The kitchen and bathroom are new and have all new fittings and plumbing. The property has been rewired throughout. The walls have been replastered and new floor tiles have been laid. There are new doors and windows.

All of the rooms are a good size and comfortable for family living, making the property perfect, either for a holiday home or for permanent residence.

This is an interesting property, built into the side of a hill and therefore the ground floor is on 3 levels. Entry into the house is via the very Spanish double doors into the large living room. Off of the living room is the generously sized dining room with a window to the rear overlooking the Andalucian patio. From the dining room, down a short flight of 4 steps, and through an attractive Spanish arch, is the newly fitted kitchen with a new window to the side and a new door out onto the patio.

Back in the living room, down a step and through another Spanish arch is the indoor patio, which in turn leads though a set of double doors into a vestibule and the new bathroom. A door from the vestibule leads down 3 steps into the patio.

From the living room a curved marble staircase leads to the first floor landing and 3 bedrooms. Currently the rooms are used as 2 double bedrooms and 1 single, however, the rooms would each accommodate a double bed.

The master bedroom is at the back of the property and has a traditional wooden shuttered window to the rear. It is a light and fresh room.

The second bedroom is at the front of the house, with new double doors leading onto a Romeo and Juliet balcony. The balcony overlooks the street and also has views of the magnificently rugged mountains.

Bedroom 3 is at the back of the property, again with the original Spanish shuttered window.

In conclusion this is our piece of Spanish real estate property which we will be sorry to leave.
