As well as sub contract sheet metal manufacturing work and general sheet metal fabrication, presswork, (forming and blanking etc.), tooling, we manufacture Laptop security cabinets, steel enclosures, other types of metal cabinets, outside cigarette bins or ash bins, (post or wall  mounted), Aluminium Lighting Louvres including T5 louvres, cat2 louvers, indirect louvres. Customised enclosures and cabinets can be manufactured to various levels of security.

 Also produced at A&R Engineering Ltd., are sub contract sheet metal work components using cad cam punching, cnc bending etc.

In the companies sheet metal production processes, steel enclosures can be manufactured to the ip rating standard. Pressings, brackets, sheet metal  fabrication work, press tooling, and engineering design all produced by in house manufacturing facilities.

All presswork tooling is maintained at A&R Engineering with all the new tooling manufactured in our tool making department. The presswork shop houses power presses up to 150 tonnes capable of producing pressings with progression tooling.

Our engineering design department incorporates all aspects of the sheet metal work, sheet fabrication or sub contract manufacturing, be it for a  storage cabinet, an electrical enclosure, metal stamping, aluminium reflectors, or lighting louvres. The manufacturing louvre production lines were designed and built at A & R Engineering Ltd. In the sheet metal fabrication department MIG and TIG welding processes including welding aluminium are in use.
